Introduction and First Reading in full of House Joint Constitutional Amendment #37 offered by Representative Yednock. be it RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that there shall be submitted to the electors of the State for adoption or rejection at the general election next occurring at least 6 months after the adoption of this resolution a proposition to amend the Illinois Constitution in Article I by adding Section 25 as follows: ARTICLE I BILL OF RIGHTS SECTION 25.
