These are the type of Resolutions we have passed in the past and I think under the rules, under Rule 41-A-B...41-B, 'upon agreement between the Speaker and the Minority Leader, all Resolutions concerning death, congratulations, and noncontroversial matters be considered by the House without disgracing the rules.... I think that these are noncontroversial matters. They're just opinions and memorializing opinion and I feel that maybe because one of the objections is now Chairman of the Committee that might get these Resolutions, I think we should look at her opposition with a jaundiced eye. And I support Conti's motion to pass the Resolutions immediately."
