House Joint Resolution Constitutional Amendment #17, offered by Representative Johnson - Keane - Parcells - McGann, resolved by the House of Representatives of the 86th General Assembly the State of Illinois the Senate concurring herein, that there should be submitted to the electors of the state for adoption or rejection of the general election next occurring at least 6 months after the adoption of this resolution. The proposition to add Section 9 to Article VIII of the Illinois Constitution as follows: Article VIII General Provisions, Section 9 Administration of Government.
