Balanoif: ''I just like the record to reflect that had I been on the floor would have objected to the waiving of the 16 STATE OF ILLINOIS 87th GENERAL ASSEMBLY HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TRANSCRIPTION DEBATE 37th Legislative Day April 1991 posting requirements for House Bill 6 and House Bill 1588 in Environment and Energy.'' Speaker Giglio: ''Mr. Clerk, let the record so indicate. The Chair would like to make an important announcement. The Members are getting a yellow notification sheet on your desk and there will be another one cominq out that is orange. That's very important because it gives the schedule for tomorrow. The House Rules Committee will meet tomorrow morning at 8:00 o'clock in Room 1l4 to consider House Rules on reapportionment. Then the House will have Floor Session at 1:00 o'clock for a brief Session and then party caucuses to discuss the House Rules on reapportionment. We will then go to committee and then reconvene tomorrow at 5:00 o'clock for late afternoon Floor Session to consider the Bills on reapportionment as reported by the House Rules Committee. Eight o'clock tomorrow morning, 1:00 Floor Session, Committees, and then 5:00 o'clock Session again. The Chairman of Executive made l the announcement that we will meet at 9:00. This will be pending the House Rules Committee tomorrow morninq in Room 114. ( So whenever the House Rules Committee finishes the House Executive Committee will meet following the Rules Committee in Room 114. Representative Currie : do you seek recognition? Barbara Currie.''
