"Oh, Dear Lord, please hear our prayer and bless the man whose in the Chair. He's one of us as you can see, who works so hard in serving Thee. Help us progress and compromise and make decisions that are wise. Give us strength to end debate and bring solutions to our state. Make our leaders do what's best with your support they'll stand the test. So, bless us one and all alike and don't forget bless Jim McPike."

I understand, Representative Keane, that you personally don't know but can you try and find out what's going on. I mean this is ridiculous, we've been standing here for an hour and a half."
