I don't know what that means. Many people pay taxes, property taxes on a lot of property that are in their district. You can own tax...property across the state. What this Bill basically does, is if a local taxing body essentially goes out of business or because of a border change or some reason, there is no need for that taxing body to be on the bill it allows the appropriate agencies to take that taxation body off of the bill. I don't see that it creates any new mandates or new expenses.
