'Mr. Speaker, I am directed to inform the House of Representatives that the Senate has passed Bills with the following titles, the veto of the Governor to the contrary notwithstanding, in the passage of which I'm instructed to ask the concurrence of the House, to wit: Senate Bills 1210 and Senate Bill 1510. I am further directed to inform the House of Representatives that the Senate has accepted the Governor's specific recommendations for change which are attached to the Bills of the following titles, the acceptance of which I'm instructed to ask the concurrence of the House, to wit: Senate Bills 1203, Senate Bill 1279, Senate Bill 1335, Senate Bill 1386, Senate Bill 1599, Senate Bill 1755 and Senate Bill 1838.'
