"Speaker, I have many friends on the other side of the aisle. I have many friends on this side of the aisle. I just wanted to make a point of personal privilege. Well, well maybe, maybe I... I hope I have many friends. My point's very, very simple. I looked over and I looked over to the other side of the aisle and we have tried to tell our staff and our photographers to respect the integrity of this process, to respect the other side of the aisle, not take pictures of the other side of the aisle while we're in Session. Recently, and now I don't know where the photographer went, he skedaddled off the floor. I looked over, their photographer is continually snapping pictures of our side of the aisle. I just ask for the same courtesy from their side of the aisle that we intend to give to them so that we conduct our business in a civilized fashion, not have to worry about the other side taking pictures. That's my point, and I hope that everybody on this floor agrees with me. Thank you."

Is it... is that... is it your intention that was gonna start at 5:00 or are you gonna put that on hold, or how are you... what do we need to do about that Committee? Or what should we do?"
Speaker Hartke: "Mr. Cross, that decision has not been made yet, but it's presumed that we will go to that Redistricting Meeting after Session and it was assumed that we would be through with Session by now. The chairman is not available for that Committee at the present time."
