This measure was approved in the Senate at the very end of our scheduled adjournment activity in May and got lost in the shuffle. It is not controversial. It passed the Senate 56 to 0. The issue are NOx trading credits which the Federal Environmental Protection Agency allows state en… environmental protection agencies to offer to electric utilities and other users, other manufacturers. The Illinois program was divided between electrical generators and other manufacturers. The electrical generators used up their share. But the nonelectrical generating programs did not. So the EPA has proposed that instead we open our program further to electrical generators. We understand that there are some who would like to take advantage of the program as the federal opportunity for these trades expire shortly. It is important that we pass this measure now. And if there is real activity in the arena it is conceivable that we could generate about $4 million dollars for the environmental protection agency in our own state. I know of no opposition. I’d be happy to answer your questions.”
