So, when you're talking about a reasonable value… if you're talking about work that wasn't performed, that's easier to define. If you're talking about, as I think you are, damages that may flow from improperly performed work, I think that's… you would withhold that and that's part of your leverage process in getting the… in getting the matter taken… taken care of. You know the easiest… the easiest analogy may be when you have either a punch list out there or you have certain open items still and you say, we're gonna hold back certain funds until these items are taken care of.
