And I thought I saw Representative Hoffman putting some ketchup in this humongous packet of ketchup. And I'd just like to know if he was working on that. And then a question did come up in my district. If… if that thing was so huge, it was like four hundred and fifty (450) pounds of ketchup, they wanted to know if they stuck a hotdog in there and if so, what hotdog they stuck in there? Now, I've got my vote, but I still believe in secret ballots, so I'm not gonna tell ya. But I'd like to know about this world's record tomato ketchup packet that was put together in Collinsville over the weekend. Perhaps Mr. Hoffman could illuminate that. I know they have the largest water tower in the shape of a ketchup bottle, but this was something to get into the Guinness Book of World Records. It was… it was really nice. I thought I saw Representative Hoffman there, but I wasn't sure."

We are not only the ketchup capital of the world, but just so you know we're also the horseradish capital of the world. So, we would be the condiment capital of the world in Collinsville, Illinois."

"So, just… part of it, it would've been the Collinsville Kahawks, which we're very proud of in Collinsville, which had a legendary coach, Virgil Fletcher, who was one of the winningest basketball coaches. But not only… we are the horseradish, not the horses, capital of the world and the Horseradish International, not the national, but the International Horseradish Festival is there every June and you're all invited to attend. Hopefully, we… we won't still be here. We'll be out by then and you're all invited next June to the International Horseradish Festival."
