House Perfunctory Session will come to order. Representative Barbara Flynn Currie, Chairperson from the Committee on Rules, to which the following legislative measures and/or Joint Action Motions were referred, action taken on November 18, 2008, reported the same back with the following recommendations: approved for floor consideration, referred to the Order of Senate Bills-Third Reading, is Senate Bill 101. Referred to the Order of Second Reading, House Bill 1831, Amendment #8. House Bill 2746, Amendments 2 and 3. Amendments two… Amendment 2 to House Bill 3859. Senate Bill 620, Amendment #5 approved for consideration. Senate Bill 2348, Amendment #5 has been approved for consideration. And Senate Bill 2858, Amendment #2 has been approved for consideration. On the Order of Amendatory Veto Motions, accept a Motion that recommends 'be adopted', is Senate Bill 2718.
