In recent years, newspapers have significantly downsized and although legal notices are still appearing in the smaller papers, they no longer meet the legal definition of what is appropriate for that kind of publication. The Amendment to Senate Bill 291 would say that the requirement is a hundred square inches and would validate any of the legal notices that appeared in papers that didn't meet that criterion. I hope you will help me meet this statue into the 21st century and approve the Amendment and then it will become the Bill, Senate Bill 291. I'd be happy to answer your questions."
