We've had the opportunity to discuss this initiative on a couple of different occasions, both here on the Floor and in committee. Just to recap, this is -- bill represents the AT&T modernization, as well as new fees for our 9-1-1 centers. It also includes reestablishment of three new sunset dates - for the Telecom Act, the 9-1-1 Act, and the Cable Video Act. If we don't take affirmative action on this motion today, all three of those laws will sunset and that's going to create some -- a host of problems, the most serious of which it will put the funding of our 9-1-1 centers in jeopardy. So I ask for the Chamber's support and would be happy to answer any questions.
