Thank you, Madam President. Point of personal privilege.
PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR LIGHTFORD) Please state your privilege point, Senator.
If I could get everyone's attention. I know we're all so excited to do an office move-a-rama. Thank you very much. I believe -- Liza Roberson-Young, how very perfect that you are here. So today we say goodbye to an incredibly brilliant young attorney. If you haven't had the opportunity to work with Liza Roberson- Young, you've really missed something. I was so fortunate to be able to work with her this last year on the sexual harassment -- anti-sexual harassment task force. We did amazing work and we're really proud of a report that will be released, and that would not have happened, as so many of you know, without staff. And I truly can't say enough about the brilliance of this young woman, the work ethic, how much work she put in. Anybody on that task force knows that what happened, happened because of Liza Roberson-Young. I really truly mean that. Liza is leaving us to go to work with our new Attorney General, Senator Kwame Raoul -- former Senator Kwame Raoul, now Attorney General Kwame Raoul. I just want to thank you. We all know that everything that we do here is -- is dependent on the staff that we are so fortunate to be surrounded with. It's one of my greatest honors and privilege to have learned what an incredible talent pool we have here in the Senate. And these are people that are going to go on to do incredible work. They're going to truly change culture, change our world as we move forward. And I just -- I so wish you well and I so thank you for 8 STATE OF ILLINOIS 101st GENERAL ASSEMBLY REGULAR SESSION SENATE TRANSCRIPT 2nd Legislative Day 1/10/2019 what you have done to move women forward in the State of Illinois. Thanks.
PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR LIGHTFORD) Awesome. Congratulations, Liza. We wish you the best. Senator Harmon, for what purpose do you rise?
A point of personal privilege, Madam President.
PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR LIGHTFORD) Please state your privilege, Senator.
Thank you. I -- I feel horrible having to follow Senator Bush on a similar point; she did such a wonderful job saluting Liza. But one of the most important things we do in the -- in the -- the General Assembly and -- and one of the most difficult things for us is to realize we need to promote our best and brightest staff on to new challenges. It creates a void in our daily work life, but it is the most important thing that we can do for them and for all the work that they have done. And so I want to celebrate another transition. Mandy Drendel is here. Mandy come on up. Mandy is another one of our crack lawyers, and in particular, beyond staffing the Revenue Committee for a long time and answering all of my questions, she also took on the thankless job of being a lawyer for the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules. And she did a remarkable job in very tough circumstances often. She is moving on to other things as well. I expect that we will still be seeing her, which is a good thing. But I just wanted to make sure that we thanked her for all of her service and wish her well as she begins the new chapter and look forward to working with her on the next path. So let's give Mandy a warm 9 STATE OF ILLINOIS 101st GENERAL ASSEMBLY REGULAR SESSION SENATE TRANSCRIPT 2nd Legislative Day 1/10/2019 thank you.
PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR LIGHTFORD) Congratulations, Mandy. We wish you all the best. Thank you for your service here. Lee Milner, Illinois Times, requests permission to photo. Leave is granted. Mr. Secretary, Resolutions.

I have no objections on file, Madam President.
PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR LIGHTFORD) Is there any discussion? Is there any discussion? If not, the question is, shall the resolutions on the Consent Calendar be adopted.
