Thank -- thank you very much, Mr. President and Members. So this is basically a bill that deals with the prescription drug monitoring database. There was a problem with third party contractors. They were not able to get access. This solves that issue. We've been working on this over the summer. And this is basically what we were going to do in Rules; instead, we're doing it legislatively. There's no objection. The Department is supportive and this will solve that problem for third party vendors. So, I know of no objections and I'd ask for an Aye vote.
