Linda Holmes (D)

PRESIDING OFFICER:(SENATOR HOLMES) Due to renovations in the Capitol, the Senate will be meeting in a temporary Senate Chamber here in Springfield's Howlett Building. While the temporary Chamber does not have a gallery, members of the public can still view the Senate's proceedings. There's a public viewing area in the Hall of Flags, also located on the first floor of the Howlett Building. Session will also be available to view online at www.ilga.gov. We appreciate all the work done to make this temporary Chamber possible. Please bear with us, as we work through this very unique situation. Blueroomstream seeks leave to stream the proceedings. Is there no objection? Seeing no objection, leave is granted. And we also have Capitol News of Illinois seeks leave to photograph and record the proceedings. Is there any objection?
