It is my pleasure and honor today to introduce to this distinguished body of legislators the publisher of the NeW Sun of Waukegan, the largest dailyo..paper published in Lake County, Illinois, the third largest county in the state, Glen File, and his wifer Mrs. Annabelle Pile. And I am happy to tell my Minority Leader they are 50th ex-marines and they are sitting in the President's Gallery. I'd like us a11 to welcome Glen and Annabelle File here today.

Today our fourth youngest member of the Republican side of the aisle ls...is being celebrated...her birthday is being celebrated by some of her friends, the beautiful roses, Laura Kent Donabue, with Whom I have... whose Mother I had the pleasure of serving in the House and Senate. Laura ls just beginning her life now...life begins at forty. She doesn't look it, darn her. She looks terrific and we want to wish her a1l a very happy and healthy birthday.

Thank you, Mr. President: Ladies and Gentlemen of the House. I would hate to correct Senator Geo-Karis but I have been led to believe that the Senator is only thirty-nine years of age. And thak ought to go in the record.
