Tomorrow -- tomorrow is an -- unique today in Illinois history. It's a day in which so many of our favorite sons celebrate a very important event. One, of course, is the Attorney General of the State: Neil Hartigan; one ks Senator Arthur Berman; probably the most important favorlte son is Clem Stone; and finally: but last and certainly in the opinion of the Members of the Senate, least, the President of the Senate. We wish each and every one of you a very happyz happy birthday.
