His name is William Roberts; born in Ontario -- Toronto, Ontario; elected twice to the Alberta Legislature - province in Western Canada; chairs the Hea1th Committee of the Legislayure - overseeing health expenditures of Ministry of Health and Slngle Payor; will graduate this summer with a Master's in Hea1th Policy and Administration frcm the Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business from the University of Colorado in Denver.
