I still think, though, that we should send a strong message here that we're not going to tolerate any -- anything less but excellent postal service in the City of Chicago, spectfically these -- these that are indicated in the resolution. I also feel that as far as my knowledge, the tampering of the mail ls a federal violatton of the law, and that's why I call for also the -- the Director of the Bureau of Investigation to come and -- and see if there 's any -- any illegal tampering With the mail.
