Just had a parliamentary inquiry. The inquiry is, is that we're referring Amendment No. 2 to House Bill 1285 and considering House Bill 2610. Were these included in the Governor's Proclamation for the call of the Special Session? And are they legitimately before us?
PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR DUDYCZ) Senator Demuzio, the language that the Senate will be considering in that legislation complies with the subject matter in the Proclamation. Senator Demuzio.
However, the Proclamation was pretty specific with respect to only two bills. It didn't say anything about language. It limited the Session to the two bills within the call, and House Bill -- 1285 and House Bill 2610 were not on that call, regardless of whether or not the language is similar or not. So it is your ruling that they are -- are before us in the Special Session of the General Assembly. Is that correct?
