Thank you very much, Madam President. While we're on a little short break here, I have an announcement, also, if I might. Senator Philip is being lobbied by Senator Clayborne, and I was trying to get Senator Philip's attention. We have two young ladies on our staff that, as of tomorrow, will have worked here in the Illinois Senate for twenty-five years: my secretary, Joan Withers, and Senator Molaro's secretary, Carol Jane Higgason. And I wanted to recognize today that they have been here and to indicate how much we appreciate their dedication and long hours, and -- and their not-much pay. I'm told that they're both still blond after twenty-five years.
