This is the long-awaited conference committee report which makes corrections to Member initiatives and takes care of some inadvertent things that were left out of the budget that we passed last May. Much desired, as I understand it, by Members of the House, as well as many Members in this Chamber. There is no new spending in this bill. There is no administration changes in this bill. These are Member initiatives and -- and corrections from the Bureau of the Budget. I'd be happy to do my very best to try to explain things, but hope you don't ask.
