PRESIDING OFFICER: (SENATOR HALVORSON) Senator Geo-Karis, we are coming into the regular Session now. The regular Session of the 93rd General Assembly will please come to order. Hopefully the Members are still at their desks. Madam Secretary, Reading and Approval of the Journal.
