The regular Session of the Senate is now in perfunctory Session. Communications. A letter dated November 21st, 2008. Dear Madam Secretary - Pursuant to Rule 2-10, I’m scheduling today, November 21st, 2008, as a perfunctory Session day. Very truly yours, Emil Jones, Jr., Senate President. I have a letter dated November 21st, 2008. To the Honorable President of the Senate: Sir - In compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Illinois, I am forwarding herewith the enclosed Senate bill that has been vetoed in part, line-item vetoes, by the Governor: Senate Bill 1103, Public Act 95-1001 Respectfully, Jesse White, Secretary of State. There being no further business to come before this perfunctory Session, pursuant to the directive of the Senate President, the Senate stands adjourned until January 12th, 2008, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon. 1
