Thank you very much. This month, the month of February, is African American History Month, and as a consequence of that -- or not the consequence, but because of that, many of the members of the Illinois Black Caucus are today dressed in traditional African garb. The garb that I have on is actually Ghanaian and does -- they do not wear a tie, so I’m asking for leave from wearing a tie today in celebration.

Okay, and for purposes of announcement, this evening, at 5:30 at the Governor’s Mansion, the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus will have their annual soul soiree and we’re inviting everyone to please come join with us as we celebrate our African heritage.
