As we are approaching our Senate Bill 3rd Reading deadline, we have several dates that I would like to remind everyone about. First, Monday, March 20 STATE OF ILLINOIS 97th GENERAL ASSEMBLY REGULAR SESSION SENATE TRANSCRIPT 95th Legislative Day 3/23/2012 26th - Monday, March 26th - at noon, is the deadline for filing Floor amendments to bills that will be voted on before the 3rd Reading deadline. Monday at noon is the deadline for filing Floor amendments. Second, it is the Chair's intention that Wednesday, March 28th, will be the last scheduled opportunity for Senate bills to be moved from 2nd Reading to 3rd Reading. Wednesday, March 28th, will be our last opportunity to advance bills currently on 2nd Reading. And finally, as a reminder, Friday, March 30th - next Friday - is our Senate Bill 3rd Reading deadline.
