Thank you, Mr. President. We would object to that. We'd ask for a roll call motion, if we could. Quite frankly, this General Assembly, in the last couple years, we were down to very bipartisan budgets. This is the first time -- started paying down some of the bills in this State. We have real concerns about this supplemental appropriation passing, not just jeopardizing the ability to pay down those bills, but, quite frankly, spend more than what we actually have and go back into deficit posture. So we would object to that motion. Thank you, Mr. President.
