All those in favor, say Aye. Opposed, say Nay. The Ayes have it. The motion carries, and the resolutions are adopted. Senator Clayborne, for what purpose do you rise?

James F. Clayborne Jr. (D)

Point of a personal privilege, Mr. President.

Thomas Cullerton (D)

State your point.

James F. Clayborne Jr. (D)

I'd like for everybody to acknowledge, down to my left, our newest colleague, Senator Scott Bennett. Obviously, obviously, we've lost a center for a point guard. But welcome to the Senate, Scott.

Thomas Cullerton (D)

Mr. President.
