Thank you. Ladies and Gentlemen, I just ask that we give a Springfield welcome to the Mayor of Tuscola, Illinois. He's Mayor Kleiss. He's over here today to watch the -- the budget speech shortly. And I think while he's here, on his behalf and on behalf of the citizens of Tuscola, I'd like to say a word of thank you to 9 STATE OF ILLINOIS 99th GENERAL ASSEMBLY REGULAR SESSION SENATE TRANSCRIPT 9th Legislative Day 2/18/2015 this Body and the entire General Assembly for the help on the project that we did last year, the 1.2-billion-dollar plant that, hopefully, is going to break ground here this summer. And to my colleagues here, we greatly appreciate that. It's going to be about twelve hundred construction jobs and about two hundred and twenty-five permanent jobs. So, on behalf of the Mayor, we appreciate that. And if you would, just welcome him to Springfield.

It will be at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library. 6:30 is the reception. We'll have a wonderful program at 7, dinner and dancing from 8 to 9:30. I know many of you have different events to attend, but if you can please find time to stop by the event, we would love to have you. He wanted to come to Springfield and spend a day with me and he wanted to come on a day it was exciting. And I said, "Well, today ought to be a good day." So, Madam President, if everybody would welcome Ramon Escapa here to the Senate, I'd sure appreciate it.
