If… if your… if you care about actually pensioners, if you care about services being delivered, the last thing you want to do is bail out bondholders with state funds which does… this does allow that to happen in… in the case of a default. So, this is a horrible legislation. It's one of six Bills including SB41, which is the grandfather of all of them that essentially is it trying to secure tied state streams of income so that bondholders are protected. The bondholders know more about what's going on in the market than we do. I'm sure he's going to do a debrief with the Governor afterwards and ask him to repeat his words to the Governor because every day this goes on we get further and further from a budget because everyone knows that we are going to have to take a difficult vote to get out of this, but we also know now that not only after it happens but during its course, we are going to pay for it with our constituents. And everyone knows that this Governor has unlimited resources, which means that every single day he is reemphasizing the fact that when we do the right thing for the state, we are going to pay for it with our political lives. So, if you are serious about getting a budget, if you are serious about making sure that you have Democratic support for that budget, support your Leader in telling the Governor to end the political attacks. When we were trying to fix the '15 budget… '15 fix, I took a vote on a Thursday and there was a mailer in my mailbox about that… or in everybody's mailbox in my district about that vote on Saturday. What I can say is both Parties are pretty efficient at campaigning. I really wish we were all efficient at running government. The one thing that I've been struggling with the last few days literally since, I guess, since May 31, is I really want to focus on one number and that's 71. The Senate's waiting for us. They presented a budget the Governor has finally put his name on… on a set of numbers that he would sign, but 71. It takes 71 now to pass a budget. If the Governor vetoes that budget, it still takes the same 71 to override it. Everything's on the House. We did a bunch of nice Concurrences and… and Resolutions today, but it's us. Everything's on the House right now. It's not on the second floor; it's not in the Senate. Everything is getting to 71. Once we get to 71 in this House, that's when we'll have a budget in this state. So, I would like to just say, once again, publicly, I disagree. I disagree with the fact of trying to campaign during this time, but we should be ignoring other branches of government and the other chamber and we should… the 71 of us should be focusing on getting a budget passed.
