Now, obviously, we were in Session at 12:15 and it was at 12:15 that I made the announcement about the Rules Committee. It would have been possible for us to be through with Session and for the meeting to have been appropriately held, but nonetheless, we were in Session and therefore, it would have been in violation without a waiver of the rules for us to hold that meeting on rules. Accordingly, the Chair did the appropriate thing and, in fact, deferred to the wishes of Mr. Friedrich - I always like to defer to his wishes - and, in fact, tried to make it more commodious for the Republican side. But my ruling will stand that the posting is appropriate, that no rule has been violated, Mr. Vinson, on those and they will stand and we need to go no further on that. Yes. Mr...
