We would like to see everyone down there. You can participate in whatever test you would like. It is an enjoyable 30 minutes if you take part, assess your fitness. Don't be afraid to come down and do part of the test if you want if you don't feel you can do the rest. If you're a little overweight that's okay also, we don't mind that. If you're not very flexible, that's okay also. But come down and take part in the test.
