And I think that, you know, once in awhile I tell about my seatmate Jesse White and all he's done, and I think we ought to give thanks to Representative Zeke Giorgi, the father of the lottery. Zeke used to always say that he represents the downtrodden, the drunks and I don't know who else, but there's some more in that category and he created 570 millionaires. The father of the lottery, Zeke Giorgi is responsible for all of that, my seatmate."

Today I am introducing to you three gentlemen who are representing that city. They have come to visit the town of Normal and the city of Bloomington in creating this enterprise. Today I'd like to introduce to you Mr. Alexander Rybakov who is the Deputy Mayor of Vladimer. Mr. Kudelkin who is the City Council Member and Secretary and Mr. Morozov who is also Director of Transportation and City Council Member from Vladimer. Won't you kindly give a warm greeting from the State of Illinois to Mr. Mayor."
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Representatives, we want to give you very warm greetings from our city. We want to...we want to develop very close relations between our cities and the entire region, especially in the areas of culture and sport and hopefully also develop economic ties between our city and the Soviet Union in general and this area. The very few days that we've been here, we've met very many wonderful people, very warm people. We've seen some wonderful cities and we want to especially thank the organization that made the arrangements for us to come here. That would be the Sister Cities Committee in Bloomington-Normal, the Soviet Sisters Committee.
