The Irish have been involved in American history from the beginning. In 1776, there were 350,000 natives of Ireland in the Colonies. This would add other employees to that, SO that if a school district needed to use force to protect an employee, they might be able to do that, so this is not a limitation on corporal punishment. This clarifies when...additional circumstances under which, even if we do ban corporal punishment, children can be disiplined in the school. It is to protect teachers and other certified personnel in the school, recommended by the IEA, and I ask for an 'aye' vote."

I understand that this is this Gentleman's first Bill and normally I would be voting red and then changing to green, but I'm going to stay red on House Bill 126, and I would advise the colleagues on this side of the aisle to do the same.
