It was, subsequently, ordered by final decision of court proceeding or state arbitration as having the following nonconformity, and then I...I assume, you then put in what your Amendment says, a minimum of five lines to describe the nonconformity. The question is: How do you determine, how does the court tell whether that situation exists; and, if you see where this Amendment comes, it comes exactly at the point at which we say that you don't apply a standby guardianship in the event that the other parent is willing and able, and what this does is set a standard so the court can make that determination."
