This...we started discussing before the Amendment was on our desks, it's now on our desks, the point is that there is legislation in the Senate that would make it possible for local communities to make permanent somes tax options that would otherwise expire or perhaps did expire yesterday and missing from the language in that Amendment was the opportunity in the Telecommunications Act for the carriers to charge a collection fee for collecting those municipal taxes. The language was supposed to have been in that Bill, but it wasn't. This essentially then becomes a trailer Bill so that the collection opportunity is there. The language represents agreement among the Municipal League of the City of Chicago and the telecommunications carriers.
