But, I just want to make a couple of observations. First of all, we all know and many of my colleagues are involved in the situation with the flooding down in southern Illinois. And I got a chance to see, you know, some of our fellow colleagues both in the House and the Senate stand extremely tall with what they're trying to do for their constituents in southern Illinois. And matter of fact, Representative Phelps not only did a yeoman's jobs, Representative Bradley, but I have to tell you Representative Phelps you have a lot of friends in the 38th District. Because there's a lot of people up in my district that want to help the people of Cairo and the surrounding areas. One of the things that I told them is I would ask Representative Phelps and Representative Bradley if there's anything that they needed. And so, just know that the people of the 38th District really care about your area. And whatever you need we're ready to supply. The other thing I want to say, Mr. Speaker, is it was a very, very important day a couple of days ago. And one of the things that I think that we should all be mindful of is that a symbol of a person that had the world in terror, we don't have to worry about anymore. But, one of the things that I think we have to do past celebrations, I think rather than celebrating we should have quiet confidence in the men and women of our Armed Forces. The operation that took place was emblematic of the bravery of our men in uniform. They can't even tell anything about what they've done. So, one day these men will retire from the service and you know maybe there'll be a plaque on the wall. They can't even talk about the operation that went on where they put their lives in harms way. And I think that we should all remember what our men and women in uniform do, but especially… especially our special operations forces. That's why their special operations, they go halfway around the world be back in 18 hours and take care of those kinds of missions. So, as we go on and do the work of the state I think that all of us owe a debt of gratitude to our men and women who wear the uniform for this country. Thank you very much."
