So, is that considered an accident scene with the emergency vehicle on the side and they have lights on but there's nothing else there?"

She even struck the officer although she was warned by her passenger. She was driving approximately 60 miles an hour. She admitted to investigators that she was traveling 60 miles an hour, on the cell phone, did not realize that the officer was there. The trooper was 29 years old. She ended up with a shattered pelvis, two broken legs, and a head contusion. She has a seven-year-old daughter. So, I would challenge anyone who has not been a police officer or done a traffic stop, pull over on the Dan Ryan Expressway, put your hazards on, step outside your car and see how safe you feel. When I say that, obliviously, it's a little tongue in cheek, I would hope no one would do it, but please put that in your mind. I ask for an 'aye' vote. Thank you."
