Currently, a person is guilty of a drug-induced homicide if they deliver a controlled substance and a person's death is caused by the consumption of that controlled substance. Senate Bill 639 expands the -- offense of drug-induced homicide to include delivery of a controlled substance under the laws of another jurisdiction if the resulting death occurs in Illinois. Senate Bill 639 is also known as Evans Rushing's Law {sic} (Evan Rushing Law). This is on behalf of Senator Haine. Floor Amendment No. 3 {sic} (2) becomes the bill. The amendment bans restaurants from labeling menu items (as) containing catfish, unless the items contains catfish, as defined by the bill. The amendment sets penalties in violations ranging from notices from the Illinois Department of Public Health or local health departments notifying the restaurant of compliant {sic} (complaint) up to five thousand dollars and suspension of its license for a third offense. I know of no opposition, so I welcome any questions.

I'm fortunate to be joined by a great young man, who's here spending the day in Springfield with us. His name is Krysz Gajdaf. He's an active engaged young leader in the community of Rockford in Winnebago County. From 2016 to today, he's been part of the Youth Leadership Team for 4-H, where he's responsible for youth outreach and developing junior leadership conferences for upcoming members. Also, this year, later this summer, he'll be competing in the Shooting Sports National Championship in Grand Island, Nebraska, in June, and later -- at the Heartland Public Shooting Park, hosted by the Nebraska 4-H. He's also received the NRA Outstanding Achievement Youth Award. So he's -- clearly has had a lot of accomplishments at his young age already. He's enjoyed -- he's joined in Springfield today by other members of the Winnebago County Shooting Sports 4-H Club.
