That Will be on the ballot for sure. The other one is the tax accountability amendment, in the ezent that does go on the baklot in November. We Will not: of course, be back in time to -- to deal with our responsibilities in that respect. So there will be two separate committees. Eaeh one is eight membersy evenly divided - House and Senate - Republieans and Demoerats. The same form tbat we have used in the past.

This is the vehicle bill that the coal operators, public utilities and the United Mine Workers agreed on to be in -- in place for the Clean Air Act.
