Permits refinancing or retirement of bonds issued by home rule munieipalities for Wastewater treatment facilities when service for the bonds is provided by food and drug sales tax imposed by the municipalities. It applies only to bonds issued between 1/1/87 and 1/1/90. And the change -- Ehe Governor's recommendation was to change the base on whieh the six million dollars is being added. So what they want to do is bring a vehicle over here that would do the same thing that 2217 would do and then we'll pass it out of both Chambers. So we'll hold this motion, if that's okay.
