Well, Mr. President, there have been a number of Members who have indicated to me that since Senator Dawn Clark Netsch is the Comptroller-elect -- whether or not she will be permitted at the hearings of the Revenue Commlttee on a ongoing basis, and whether or not we will provide her with an extra seat in the back of the Chambers, so that she can be here on each of the bills to tell us which ones We can afford and which ones we cannot. My motion would be that we do not.
