Mr. President and Ladies and Gentlemen of the Senate, it's maybe a personal privilege, and I think a privilege for a11 of us. The Illinois Association of Cosmetology Schools is -- is reigning supreme in Room 400 to give -- fix up our faces, our hair, our nails, and b0th men and women are invited to attend. John Friedland Was there; I was there; Mr. Klemm was there. Carol Frederick is their administrative liaison. Theybre doing a nice job. And if you had seen my hair befcre I had it done thks morning, you'll understand they really did a magnificent job. So I just ask you a11 to go and see them.

And certainly, these are our leaders of tomorrow, and we appreciate the work that they do, certainly in our schools, and which they will be doing for our State once they get ln high school -- get out of high school, get into college, graduate and come back and start making a living. So we will be adjourning very quickly here so that those committees can, indeed, meet and listen to a11 the Witnesses who have come down to share their expertise with the committee.
