He loved Western Illinois University. He served on the Foundation Board. If ycu rememberr another forner Member of the Leglslature, Clarence Neff, the two of them together have been dear friends, but one of the stories that I always heard before I got involved Was that if three people Were ever vlsitinq on a street corner, Clarence and Cliff were there talking to them. And J always felt that I learned from two very dear masters of what it is to be a good politiclan and a good leglslator. And I just know and feel that all of you who may not have had the opportunity to meet Clifford Latherow, he was a wonderfulr honorable manr and he'll be missed. Thank you.
