This STATE OF ILLINOIS 89TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY REGULAR SESSION SENATE TRANSCRIPT 87th Legislatlve Day March 25, 1996 i bill has been -- cone to be known as the drive-through delivery bill, which We are Workin: on in a bipartisan manner. This particular amendment was approved by the Insurance Committee. And what it -- it says that if the Medicare plan is approved by the federal government and we have a form of an HMO for our Medicald recipients, that the provisions of this bill would apply to them as well. Be happy to answer any questions, and ask for your support.

Thank you: Madan President. If I have the right anendmenEr I believe what this amendment does -- this bill deals with the -- dust collection facilïties at small grain elevators. Finally, there was an agreement between EPA and the Feed and Grain Association, and Amendnent No. 2 kind of put that's -- that into context. And it grandfathers in the people Who did not have dust collectors, but, yet, the people Who presently have them still have to retain them. And that's basically what the amendment ! does.
