Probably one of our oldest Members, at least the claim is the oldest Senate -- Senator -- Senator serving, is having his sixty-fourth birthday today, that being Art Berman. And Senator Berman has celebrated thirty birthdays in Springfield, eight of those which were in the lower Chamber, the Illinois House. And so today, we say happy birthday -- happy sixty-fourth birthday to Senator Art Berman, one of the oldest Members of the Senate.
