Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, today is a very special occasion, a historic day. Obviously Senator Berman made four farewell speeches. I guess Fawell did, too. Fact of the matter is, however, he has left. His successor is here with us today. It was just read into the record. Let the Senate recognize that we have a new Member of the Illinois Senate, Senator Carol Ronen, from Chicago.
