Point of personal privilege, and a -- and a very personal plea to my colleagues here in the Senate. If I may continue? I have a group of students who are attending -- or coming and arriving in Springfield tomorrow morning. And I’m hosting a breakfast. And these students, they are four students who have developmental disabilities and what they would like to do is take an opportunity to talk to legislators about what we can do to help them live a more independent life. And I really would appreciate courtesy, if anyone can come tomorrow. 7:30 a.m. downstairs. I am serving breakfast. That’s my incentive. But it’s a wonderful opportunity to touch these children and their parents and let them really know that we are working as hard as we can on their behalf. So, thank you very much for the courtesy.

Thank -- thank you so much, Mr. Chairman. This is a -- an agreement that we have with the House Education Committee on the following resolutions. They make modifications of three categories of waivers. First, we are approving the behind-the- wheel waivers for one year only. Next, we are also denying one district’s request to exceed administrative costs in order to give raises to their superintendents. And finally, we are capping the fee waiver request for a district at three-fifty at the request of the Senator.
